The first 8 SMILES we taken to the Florette today. It sounded like they were going to deliver all of them today! Would love to hear some comments by someone that received one!
More SMILES are coming in and will be delivered soon!
The Smile Project
We began this project in February 2011 to celebrate Random Acts of Kindness Week. We chose 18 recipients to receive "SMILES." The Florette delivered the Smile Grams, Cards and Balloons. We hope each recipient will pass it on. In 20 days we could send 360 SMILES. Post your stories here so we can track how far this goes.

Random Acts Of Kindness
You have probably heard of people paying for someone else's meal in a restaurant or at a drive through. Maybe someone has let you go ahead in line at the check out. These are all examples of RANDOM ACTS OF KINDNESS--Good deeds done for the simple joy of doing good and not expecting anything in return.
A wonderful site www.helpothers.org celebrates Random Acts of Kindness and encourages people to do nice things for others. They have SMILE cards which are given to the recipient to encourage him/her to 'pay it forward.' Many people report back on this site of kind acts they have done or kind acts they have been the recipients of.
In planning our SMILE project we wanted it to expand and reach a lot of people in our community of ORD NEBRASKA. While we wish to remain anonymous, we would love to see news of our Project reach the media and hopefully spread across the state and farther. Hundreds or Thousands of SMILES could make such a big difference in our world right now.
If you have been a recipient of a SMILE, please comment letting us know about your experience and how you plan to pass it on.
We hope you have as much fun passing on SMILES as we have had planning this project.
Thanks!!
